Registering for a New Account:

If you have not had a recent visit at Three Rivers Hospital or Three Rivers Family Medicine, but you want to create an account on MyCareCorner, please contact our Medical Records Department or Clinic for assistance. Our staff will ensure we have an email address on file for you, then send an email to you with a link to register.
